This comes in two ways — adaptability to novelty, and adaptability to difference. If a web developer can master great web development while pleasing both their client and the users who will be interacting with the web interface, they can succeed.
   Although web development as a discipline works to make the user’s life easier, it is important to do so through the channel of the client’s vision.

   Web development is a highly practical field to the point that theory only consists of a tenth of what a web developer needs to be good at. Since every aspiring web developer understands that, they often overlook important theoretical knowledge, which can often help in situations where your experience can’t help.

   Understanding your client is a very important part of web development. Only with the help of great communication can a web developer truly understand their client’s requirements and deliver results that meet their expectations.
5. Creativity: Many would argue that web developers don’t need to be creative, that is the designer’s job. But this notion is false. Sure, creativity doesn’t have to be the prime quality of a web developer but every good web developer must have out-of-the-box thinking if they want to impress.
   Clients can only give direction to the project, it is the task of the web developer to come up with creative ideas and designs that can be incorporated into the interface. This is also similar to how an architect is tasked with creating a building with little information.
